Well the nasty scale says I'm back at the beginning. 197.7 to be exact. I say BullS*** . I've been 95% good. (the other 5 % is ok I have extra points!) and That's a fact. I have lots of extra points this week. I've been exercising alot. Mixing it up. Walking, treadmill, exercise ball, yoga, some work with the bands. My pants are saggy. I'm wearing a 16 pant but in reality I'm a 15 so I bet I could get into some 14's today. My thighs are big though, that's always been a problem. The more I work on them the bigger they get. HELP! Suggestions welcome.
I don't care what the scale says. I know I've lost inches over the last 3 weeks. Hubby noticed. (Doesn't notice much but noticed that)
I'm going to check tommorrow just in case the scale thinks it's tuesday or something.
PS weight watchers is missing me. everyday I get an email about re-joining. Rejoin a site that isn't working??? hmmm let me think about it.
**** the message boards are all lit up about it being a mess and not working.
